He has founded several successful initiatives such as Loyalty Daycare, recognized as Family Business of the Year in 2018, Fidelis Early Childhood Center and Global Foods Depot. He is currently the Executive Director of United Bodegas of America and actively collaborates with community and faith-based organizations.

Biography
Ducasse, born in 1963 in Santo Domingo, is an entrepreneur and community leader based in New York since 1986. He studied electronics and earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a minor in Latin American History, he began his career as a business consultant and economic development director in Northern Manhattan.
