Biography
Juan Rodríguez was born in November 1965 in the municipality of Los Cacaos, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, into a family that instilled in him values such as honest work, responsibility and commitment to others. In 1987, motivated by the difficult economic situation his country was going through, he emigrated to the United States in search of better opportunities, leaving behind his family and his culture.
In his new environment, he entered the world of wineries as a full-time employee, quickly excelling in the trade. With entrepreneurial vision, he opened his first bodega and later ventured into other businesses, including real estate. He currently serves as vice president of the board of directors of United Bodegas of America, where he is actively working for the advancement of the Latino community, both in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.
