Successful Information Day with OATH

UBA _ OATH

Last Wednesday, July 23, we had a very productive day thanks to the collaboration between United Bodegas Of America and the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH).

With great enthusiasm, we gathered at our offices for an information session where OATH staff was available to answer all questions about the subpoena and administrative hearing process.

The attendance of our bodegueros was great. It was an invaluable opportunity for many of our members to clarify doubts, check the status of their citations and better understand the rules for responding to them.

The OATH team offered direct, hands-on help, assisting attendees with submitting online justifications and providing guidance on how to reschedule hearings or request new dates if they were absent.

Seeing so many members actively participating and taking control of these important administrative processes is the best proof of the power we have when we work together.

Education and information are our best tools to protect our businesses and the work we do every day in our communities.

From United Bodegas Of America, we would like to thank everyone who attended and, of course, the OATH staff for their invaluable collaboration. Your commitment to our community is greatly appreciated.

A Day to Remember

At the conclusion of the day, UBA President Radhamés Rodríguez emphasized the importance of education and empowerment for the Bodegueros community. He reminded us that collaboration with entities like OATH strengthens us and gives us the tools we need to navigate the administrative challenges of the city.

His message was clear: together, we are stronger and more capable of protecting our businesses and the future of our families.

Stay tuned for our upcoming events and continue to participate actively, concluded the executive.
